The Goodwill Games are international complex sports competition. The are held every four years (between the Olympic Games) on the initiative of Russian and the USA sports organizations, business quarters and public. The Games' motto is "From Friendship in Sport to the Peaceful World!". The stamp also features a conventionalized picture of the stadium and pictographic figures of runners.
