On July 27, a postage stamp dedicated to the Russia-Africa Summit was put into postal circulation

The Russia Africa Summit is the key and the most broad-scale event in Russian-African relations. Its aim is to achieve a new level of our mutually beneficial partnership that meets the challenges of the 21st century. The second Russia-Africa Summit will be held on July 27-28, 2023, in St. Petersburg.

The goal of the event is to strengthen comprehensive and equal cooperation of Russia with African countries in all its domains: politics, security, economy, science and technology, cultural and humanitarian sectors.

The economic and humanitarian Forum, which will be held in the framework of the second Russia-Africa Summit, is a unique event in Russia's relations with the countries of the African continent. The upcoming forum is intended to diversify the forms and directions of Russian-African cooperation, as well as to determine their long-term development.

Traditionally, the open discussions within the business program of the event will address the most topical subjects of the Russian-African agenda.

The postage stamp provides an image of the elements of the corporate identity developed for the Russia-Africa Forum, and the sights of St. Petersburg.

In addition to the issue of the postage stamp, JSC Marka produced First Day Covers and special cancels for Moscow and St. Petersburg.
